HOW WE WORK From the moment you reach out, your enquiry will be handled by our team. Once you have sent an enquiry and event requirements our team will send you a selection of artists and quotes and will guide you through the planning process and address any questions you may have. BOOK THE BAND/DJ
Once you’ve made the decision to book with us, Get Up Entertainment will send over a booking agreement to confirm the details. The contract outlines everything for your event, and once you’ve signed it, the act will do the same and lock the date in their schedule. To secure your booking, we ask for a deposit, with the remaining balance due via bank transfer 7 days prior to the date of your event.
PLANNING YOUR EVENT
As your event date draws closer, feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss the finer details. Approximately four weeks before your event, the team at Get Up Entertainment will contact you to confirm the final arrangements—any changes to timing, last minute requests for the DJ or disco, and payment details. All of this information will be compiled and sent to the band and your events point of contact in a final confirmation, with a call sheet, timings and access and point of contact details ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.
